Manage Project Participants

Task Description

Designate project participants to allow access to a specified project.

Add User, Add Trade Partner, Add Broker Agents or Add Mortgage Companies
Remove User, Remove Trade Partner, Remove Broker Agents or Remove Mortgage Companies

Notes

Trade Partners are automatically added when a bidding contract is finalized in Bidding and Contracting.

Add Project Participant

Navigation Path

Admin > Projects > View > Manage (Users, Trade Partners, Broker Agents or Mortgage Companies)

Steps

Select the Associate (Participant) link.
Select the appropriate participant by selecting the check box next to each user(s).
Select the Associate User(s) button

Remove Users

Navigation Path

Admin > Projects > View > Manage (Users, Trade Partners, Broker Agents or Mortgage Companies)

Select the appropriate users by selecting the check box next to each user(s).
Select the UnAssociate User(s) button
